22 Farm leases etc., application for issue etc. of
(1)
An application for the issue, renewal or transfer of a farm lease, licence or permit shall be in a form approved by the CEO.
(2)
The CEO may approve of different forms for the purpose of making different applications under this section.
(3)
An application for the issue, renewal or transfer of a farm lease, licence or permit shall be made to the CEO.
