58 False etc. information to inspector etc., offence
A person shall not knowingly furnish false, misleading or inaccurate information —
(a)
to an inspector; or
(b)
in, or in connection with, any records kept, returns made or information supplied under this Act; or
(c)
in, or in connection with, an application for, or for renewal or transfer of, a farm lease, licence or permit.
Penalty: $2 000 or, where the information is furnished by the holder of a farm lease, licence or permit, $10 000.
