Registration of defective premises, apparatus or products prohibited

In force

Registration under this Act shall not be effected by the Council unless the Council is satisfied that —

(a)

the premises have been constructed and equipped with the essential services installed and finished to a standard acceptable to the Council; and

(b)

the irradiating apparatus or electronic product is so manufactured, constructed, shielded and installed that it may be used without injury to the health of any person.
