38 Change of circumstances
Where —
a licensee proposes to use or otherwise deal with any radioactive substance, irradiating apparatus, electronic product, or premises in a manner at variance with that described in the information furnished by him to the Council; or
the information furnished to the Council in relation to any radioactive substance, irradiating apparatus, electronic product, or premises will cease to be correct or will be misleading or incomplete in a material particular,
the licensee or person exempted or the person in whose name the registration is effected shall give prior notice in writing to the Council who may thereupon amend the licence, exemption or registration or treat the matter as a new application and shall notify that person accordingly.
