17 Transitional regulation for Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Amendment Regulations 2024
An amendment made to regulation 6 by the Real Estate and Business Agents (General) Amendment Regulations 2024 does not apply for the purposes of Schedule 1 clause 1(a) of the Act to an application for a licence made, but not decided by the Commissioner, before 2 September 2024.
