In force

An educational activity meets the requirements of this regulation if it —

(a)

is an activity of significant intellectual or practical content; and

(b)

deals primarily with matters relating to a regulated person’s work of acting as a licensee or sales representative; and

(c)

extends a regulated person’s knowledge and skills in areas that are relevant to the person’s legal or professional obligations, professional skills or business needs.
