Authorised financial institution (Act s. 67), classes of body prescribed

In force

For the purposes of the definition of authorised financial institution in section 67 of the Act, the following classes of bodies are prescribed —

(a)

the class that consists of all banks; and

(b)

the class that consists of all societies.
