4AJ CPD records: regulated persons
A regulated person must keep evidence demonstrating compliance with the educational requirements applicable to the person under section 40B or 50C of the Act, including any record given to the person under regulation 4AI(2).
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
The regulated person must keep the evidence referred to in subregulation (1) for a period of 4 years after the last day of the CPD year to which the evidence relates.
The Commissioner may, by written notice, require a regulated person to produce, in the approved manner, the evidence required to be kept under this regulation.
The regulated person must produce the evidence unless the regulated person has a reasonable excuse for not producing it.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
