6B Certificate of registration, grant of (Act s. 47)

The Commissioner may grant a certificate of registration under section 47 of the Act to an applicant —

(a)

who applies within 3 years of successfully completing a qualification prescribed in regulation 6A; or

(b)

who has held a certificate of registration for at least 3 of the 5 years immediately preceding the making of the application; or

(c)

who has passed the examinations prescribed by regulation 6 to qualify for the grant of a licence; or

(d)

who has held a triennial certificate during the 3 years immediately preceding the making of the application.
