11C Application of Division
This Division applies in relation to —
(a)
any of the following applications made or referred to the Commissioner —
(i)
a lessor’s application under section 50E, 50F, 50S or 50T;
(ii)
a tenant’s application under section 50G, 50H, 50U or 50V;
(iii)
a security bond release application referred by the bond administrator under section 81I;
or
(b)
an application made to the Commissioner in relation to a disputed tenancy matter.
