11H False or misleading information
(1)
A person must not give the Commissioner information in relation to the application that the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, is false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $10 000.
(2)
For subsection (1), it is immaterial whether the information was given in response to a requirement under section 11G or for another reason.
