11E Disputed tenancy matters
(1)
A regulation may prescribe a matter (a disputed tenancy matter) relating to the rights and obligations of the parties to a residential tenancy agreement as a matter about which the Commissioner may make decisions if the parties to a residential tenancy agreement are in dispute about the matter.
(2)
A party to a residential tenancy agreement may apply to the Commissioner to make an order stated in the application in relation to a disputed tenancy matter.
