11J Notice of Commissioner’s decision
(1)
The Commissioner must give notice of the Commissioner’s decision on an application to each party to the application.
(2)
The notice must state —
(a)
the decision; and
(b)
the Commissioner’s reasons for the decision; and
(c)
that, if the party is dissatisfied with the decision, the party may appeal the decision to the Magistrates Court within 7 days after the day on which the notice is given and how the party may start an appeal.
(3)
If the application is a security bond release application, the Commissioner must give a copy of the notice to the bond administrator.
