11K Commissioner may publish decision and reasons
(1)
The Commissioner may publish —
(a)
the Commissioner’s decision on an application; and
(b)
the Commissioner’s reasons for the decision.
(2)
However, a decision or reasons published under subsection (1) must not include information that could identify or lead to the identification of —
(a)
a party to the application; or
(b)
another individual; or
(c)
the residential premises the subject of the application.
