54B Offence—registered person contravene interim condition of registration
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person’s registration is subject to an interim condition; and
(b)
the person contravenes the condition.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
