8 What is a regulated activity?
(1)
In this Act:
regulated activity—
(a)
means an activity or service—
(i)
mentioned in schedule 1; or
(ii)
that is an NDIS activity; or
(iii)
prescribed by regulation; but
(b)
does not include an activity or service declared by the Minister under subsection (2).
(2)
The Minister may declare that a stated activity or service is not a regulated activity.
(3)
A declaration is a disallowable instrument.
