56 Offence—fail to notify change of name
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person is registered; and
(b)
the person’s name changes; and
(c)
the person does not tell the commissioner in writing of the change within 10 working days after the day the change happens.
Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
