Surfaces of balconies and external paved areas

Current

Balconies and external paved areas must have surfaces that are slip resistant and comply with—

(a)

theBuilding Code of Australia, or

(b)

the Standards Australia Handbook SA HB 198:2014, Guide to the specification and testing of slip resistance of pedestrian surfaces, published on 16 June 2014.
