15B Definitions
(1)
In this division—
affordable housing component, of development, means the percentage of the gross floor area used for affordable housing.
residential development means development for the following purposes—
(a)
attached dwellings,
(b)
dual occupancies,
(c)
dwelling houses,
(d)
manor houses,
(e)
multi dwelling housing,
(f)
multi dwelling housing (terraces),
(g)
residential flat buildings,
(h)
semi-detached dwellings,
(i)
shop top housing.
(2)
In this division, residential development carried out by or on behalf of the Aboriginal Housing Office or the Land and Housing Corporation is taken to be used for the purposes of affordable housing.
