115 Application of Part
(1)
This Part applies to a building—
(a)
used for the purposes of serviced apartments, and
(b)
that has been the subject of a development consent for the use of the building as a residential flat building or shop top housing (the original use).
(2)
The consent authority must not consider the Apartment Design Guide before granting development consent under this Part.
