17 Requirement to provide car parking
(1)
At least 2 off-street car parking spaces must be provided on the site on which a group home is erected.
(2)
At least 2 off-street car parking spaces must be retained on a site on which alterations or additions to an existing off-street car parking space are carried out.
(3)
A car parking space under this section may be an open hard stand space or a carport or garage, whether attached or detached from the group home.
