94 Location and access to facilities and services—residential care facilities
(1)
Development consent must not be granted for development for the purposes of a residential care facility unless the consent authority is satisfied that residents of the facility will have access to facilities and services—
(a)
on-site, or
(b)
by a transport service other than a passenger service.
(2)
In this section—
facilities and services—see section 93.
passenger service has the same meaning as in the Point to Point Transport (Taxis and Hire Vehicles) Act 2016.
Note—
A passenger service is defined as the transport, by a motor vehicle other than a bus, of passengers within, or partly within, this State for a fare.
