113A Jurisdiction
(1)
The Tribunal has the jurisdiction specified in this Part in relation to a complaint referred to the Tribunal.
(2)
To avoid doubt, the jurisdiction conferred by subsection (1) forms part of the Tribunal's review jurisdiction mentioned in section
33 of the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal
Act 2014.
