61 Duration of exemption certificate
(1)
An exemption certificate has effect:
(a) for 2 years from the date on which the Chief Minister signs it; or
(b)
until it is revoked by him or her;
whichever occurs first.
(2) There is no limit to the number of times the Chief Minister may issue an exemption certificate in respect of the same information.
