Information Act 2002

Information may be exempt under section 50 if disclosure of the information is reasonably likely to:

prejudice the effectiveness of a method or procedure for the conduct of a test, examination or audit by a public sector organisation; or

prejudice the attainment of the objects of a test, assessment or audit conducted by a public sector organisation; or

have a substantial, adverse effect on the management by a public sector organisation of the officers or employees of the organisation;

or

have a substantial, adverse effect on the conduct of industrial relations by a public sector organisation.
