66 What information do IPPs apply to?
(1)
IPP 1 (Collection) and IPP 10 (Sensitive information) apply in relation to personal information that a public sector organisation collects at any time after this Part commences.
(2)
IPPs 2 to 9 (inclusive) apply in relation to personal information that a public sector organisation handles at any time after this Part commences, regardless of when the organisation collected the information.
