79 Compliance with code of practice
(1)
A public sector organisation must comply with a code of practice.
(2)
If there is an inconsistency between an IPP and a code of practice, to the extent of the inconsistency, the IPP does not apply to the public sector organisation and the organisation must comply with the code of practice.
