29 Request for consent to survey declared fossicking area
(1)
For section 18(2) of the Act, a person requiring consent to mark boundaries in a declared fossicking area must apply in writing to the Minister.
(2)
The application must be accompanied by a map of the land the person proposes to survey, clearly indicating its location and boundaries.
