32 EML within town boundary – prescribed size and required survey
(1)
For section 76(4)(a) and (b) of the Act, the prescribed size for the title area of an EML within a town boundary is 2 ha.
(2)
For section 76(4)(b) of the Act, if the title area does not exceed the prescribed size it must be surveyed in accordance with
Division 2.
