36 Application of Division
This Division applies in relation to a survey by a person (relevant person) required to survey one of the following areas (a
survey area):
(a)
a title area mentioned in regulation 30(2), 31(2), 32(2) or
33;
(b)
the access area of an access authority that is subject to a condition under section 84(4) of the Act that the access area must be surveyed and a plan of survey must be given to the Minister.
