8 Compliance with conditions on airborne geoscientific survey
(1)
A person who conducts an airborne survey commits an offence of strict liability if the person fails to comply with any conditions imposed under regulation 6(3).
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units.
(2)
It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subregulation (1) if the defendant has a reasonable excuse.
