30 ML – prescribed size and required survey
(1)
For section 76(4)(a) and (b) of the Act, the prescribed size for the title area described in an application for the grant of an ML is
40 ha.
(2)
For section 76(4)(b) of the Act, if the title area does not exceed the prescribed size it must be surveyed in accordance with
Division 2.
