37 Minister may approve different survey method
(1)
On application by the relevant person, the Minister may approve a method of surveying a survey area that varies or excludes a method prescribed by this Division.
(2)
However, the Minister may approve the method only if satisfied there are circumstances that prevent the relevant person from surveying the survey area in accordance with this Division.
