10 Movement between classification levels
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the movement of a health service employee under this part may include employing the employee at the same or a different classification level.
(2)
The employee may be moved to another health system employer at a lower classification level only if the employee consents to the movement.
(3)
However, subsection (2) does not prevent movement to a lower classification level as a result of disciplinary action against the employee.
