6 Definitions for part
In this part—
health system employer means a Hospital and Health Service or the department.
relevant chief executive, of a health system employer, means—
(a)
if the employer is a Hospital and Health Service—the Service’s health service chief executive; or
(b)
if the employer is the department—the chief executive of the department.
