Times and places of meetings

In force

(1)

Committee meetings are to be held at the times and places the chairperson decides.

(2)

However, the chairperson must call a meeting if asked in writing to do so by at least the number of members forming a quorum for the committee.

(3)

Also, a committee must hold its first meeting within 3 months after its establishment.
