50 Prescribed designated person—Act, s 139A
For section 139A(1)(m) of the Act, each of the following persons is prescribed as a designated person—
(a)
the commissioner of the Queensland Ambulance Service appointed under the Ambulance Service Act 1991, section 4;
(b)
a person employed under the Ambulance Service Act 1991, section 13.
