35 Annual activity statement
A committee must prepare an annual activity statement.
The statement must include all of the following for the committee—
the chairperson’s full name;
each member’s full name;
for any person appointed as a member during the reporting period—
the person’s full name and qualifications; and
the person’s office or position; and
a summary of the person’s experience that is relevant to the committee’s functions; and
the date the person became a member;
if a person stopped being a member during the reporting period—the date the individual stopped being a member;
the dates of each meeting held by the committee during the reporting period.
The annual activity statement must, on or before each anniversary of the day the committee was established, be given to—
the entity that established the committee; and
if the committee was established by an entity other than the chief executive—the chief executive.
