150AWC Application for permission to make a complaint
(1)
A person the subject of a declaration under section 150AWA may apply to the assessor for permission to make a complaint.
(2)
As soon as practicable after receiving the application, the assessor must—
(a)
decide the application; and
(b)
give the person a notice stating the decision and the reasons for the decision.
(3)
If the assessor decides to refuse the application, the notice must be an information notice about the decision.
