32 Section 5 substituted
Section 5 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is substituted:
5. Act not to apply to certain land This Act does not apply to Crown land that is reserved land within the meaning of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970.
The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Forestry Act 1920.
