Section 20 amended (Forest reserves)

Current

Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (2C) the following subsection:

The corporation must manage land that is dedicated as a forest reserve under this section having regard to the management objectives specified in Schedule 3.

The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Forestry Act 1920.
