34 Section 10 amended (Additional functions and powers)
Section 10(1) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:
by omitting from paragraph (c) "and the Register of Deferred Forest Land under section 17A";
by omitting from paragraph (d) "and deferred forest land in State forest".
The amendments effected by this section have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Forestry Act 1920.
