62 Definitions
In this Part—
commencement day means the day on which Division 5 of Part 7 of the Safe Food Victoria Act 2026 comes into operation;
PrimeSafe means the Authority within the meaning of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement day;
PrimeSafe CEO has the same meaning that chief executive officer had in this Act immediately before the commencement day;
PrimeSafe chairperson means the chairperson of PrimeSafe;
Safe Food Victoria has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Safe Food Victoria Act 2026;
Safe Food Victoria chairperson means the chairperson within the meaning of section 3 of the Safe Food Victoria Act 2026.
