Part 7Transitional provisions—Safe Food Victoria Act 2026
67 Licence fees
(1)
On and after the commencement day, a fee that—
(a)
had been fixed, before that day, by PrimeSafe under section 12(1); and
(b)
remained so fixed immediately before that day—
is taken to be a fee fixed under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
(2)
On and after the commencement day, a determination under section 12(2) that—
(a)
had been made by PrimeSafe before that day; and
(b)
was in effect immediately before that day—
is taken to be a determination made under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
