64 Exemptions from licensing requirement
(1)
On and after the commencement day, an exemption under section 10(1) that—
(a)
had been granted by PrimeSafe before that day; and
(b)
had not been revoked before that day—
is taken to be an exemption under that provision granted by Safe Food Victoria.
(2)
On and after the commencement day, a fee that—
(a)
had been fixed for the purposes of section 10(2)(b) by PrimeSafe before that day; and
(b)
remained so fixed immediately before that day—
is taken to be a fee for the purposes of that provision fixed by Safe Food Victoria.
