68 Seafood safety licences
On and after the commencement day, a seafood safety licence that—
had been issued or renewed by PrimeSafe before that day; and
remained in force, or was suspended, immediately before that day—
is taken to be a seafood safety licence issued by Safe Food Victoria.
If the seafood safety licence was suspended immediately before the commencement day, it remains suspended on and after that day until the expiry or revocation of that suspension.
On and after the commencement day, a form that—
had been approved, before that day, by PrimeSafe for the purposes of section 13(1)(b); and
remained approved immediately before the commencement day—
is taken to be a form approved under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
On and after the commencement day, a determination under section 13(2) that—
had been made by PrimeSafe before that day; and
was in effect immediately before that day—
is taken to be a determination made under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
