66 Application for a seafood safety licence
On and after the commencement day, an application under section 11 that—
had been made to PrimeSafe before that day; and
had not been determined before that day—
is taken to be an application made under that provision to Safe Food Victoria.
On and after the commencement day, a form that—
had been approved for the purposes of section 11(a) by PrimeSafe before that day; and
remained approved immediately before that day—
is taken to be a form approved for the purposes of that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
On and after the commencement day, a fee that—
had been fixed for the purposes of section 11(c) by PrimeSafe before that day; and
remained so fixed immediately before that day—
is taken to be a fee fixed under that provision by Safe Food Victoria.
