Powers of authority in respect of licences

In force

If PrimeSafe—

(a)

exercised a power under section 14(1), 15(1) or 16 before the commencement day; and

(b)

had not given the notification or advice required by that provision before that day—

Safe Food Victoria must give the notification or advice.
