75 Powers of chief executive officer
This section applies if, before the commencement day, the PrimeSafe CEO had either commenced or completed the exercise of a power that the PrimeSafe CEO had under section 53(1).
If the exercise of the power was not yet complete immediately before the commencement day, the Safe Food Victoria CEO may complete the exercise of the power.
If, but for the commencement of the Safe Food Victoria Act 2026, the PrimeSafe CEO would, after the commencement day, have been authorised or required to do something further in relation to that exercise of power, the Safe Food Victoria CEO is authorised or required (as the case requires) to do that further thing.
