41 Suspension of registration or licence: effect
(1)
Where a person’s registration or a corporation’s licence is suspended under section 40 or 57, the person or corporation is to be regarded as not being registered during the period of the suspension.
(2)
The Board may, by notice in writing, revoke a suspension or reduce the period of a suspension and may direct in the notice that the revocation has effect from a date specified in the notice, if the Board has applied for, and obtained, the approval of the State Administrative Tribunal to do so.
